The staff were truly amazing and attentive.

I had a terrible experience with the room allocation. Initially, I did not receive the room I paid for and had to wait days for a resolution. To make matters worse, the shower in the room was flooding for two days, leading to water bugs appearing. On top of that, the hot water stopped working, and I was offered an uncomfortable alternative for showering. The lack of responsiveness from the general management soured my stay significantly.

I had a good stay with friendly staff who greeted us every time they saw us. The breakfast included many choices, which kept us full until dinner. We arranged taxis easily, and enjoyed walking around nearby restaurants. I felt safe exploring the area despite my initial concerns. It was nice to engage with the vibrancy of the surroundings during the stay.

Some parts felt noisy at night, and not all streets were walkable. I had a small hiccup with retrieving a forgotten item, which took longer than expected.

I truly enjoyed my time at this hotel, especially with its proximity to the beautiful Christian Moller Art Gallery just a two-minute stroll away and the amazing eateries like Rafikis just a few steps from the front door. the warm, friendly staff and amazing breakfast made my stay even more special.

Request a room away from the bar area for a quieter experience, and enjoy the rooftop views during less busy hours.

the bathroom was a bit cramped,, but the breakfast selection was excellent with fresh ingredients, the staff was super friendly and attentive, and we loved the jacuzzi for unwinding after a day of exploration.
